Cj consistently studies the market, specialized targeting techniques, and advanced technologies to lead his clients over obstacles and elevate their experience. From first time home buyers or sellers to seasoned investors, Cj is committed to hand tailoring a plan to meet the specific needs of any client. He attributes this thirst for knowledge and fine attention to detail to his college days, where he earned his Bachelor Degree in Earth Science and tried to satisfy his natural curiosity.

Community minded, Cj is proud to serve on the Grover Beach Parks and Recreation Commission and is an active member of the South County Chamber of Commerce. When he isn’t getting big wins for his clients, he’ll typically be seen at some local community event.
